Issue: An accounting firm is sued by bankruptcy receivers for its failure to perform due diligence and discover that its client car dealership was involved in a Ponzi scheme before it finally went into Chapter 11.

Defense strategy: Organization chart as an architectural rendering shows how the car dealership kept its own "cooked" books while hiring four separate accounting firms to audit its four divisions, thereby keeping each one unaware of the findings of the other three.
